Gluten Free Brownie cup/bites mix
My tried and true gluten free brownie bite/cups recipe in one easy bag for you! Packed with chocolatey goodness all you have to do is add 3/4 cup melted butter* (or vegetable oil), 2 tsp vanilla extract, and 3 eggs. Mix and bake! These make approximately 24-30 bites (mini muffin tins) or 12-14 cups (muffin size).
*I have substituted applesauce for the butter successfully
I have used greased silicone muffin tins with great success. Just be sure they are fully cooled before trying to remove.
These are tasty as is or try these ideas: chocolate frosting or whipped ganache piped on top, dip tops in melted frosting/chocolate, pipe vanilla frosting on top, add crushed oreos or m&ms., top with mint frosting and then melted chocolate for a grasshopper brownie, the possibilities are endless!!
