Inspired by the mischievous Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland, this extruder disc is comprised of 4 total discs= 1- 57 mm disk for the smile and 3- 18 mm discs for the eyes.  There is a right and left side of the eye (one side is pointed) and the pupil.   Each of these are custom printed upon order.
Note- I used Glow in the dark mica for mouth and iris to allow them to glow in the dark leaving only his smile and eyes when you turn the lights outs

This extruder disc works well in soap or jerky guns.  I use this stainless steel jerky gun for extruding my soap dough.  The 18 mm works with the Makin clay extruder.

For best results use a dough that is malleable (not too sticky or hard).  A soft, malleable soap dough will go through the extruder best (think clay or playdough consistency). I find the basic Sorcery dough works well. Sometimes I use my regular recipe which stays very soft and a tad sticky so I leave it sit and dry a tad before working with it.

Some additional information

Note: I have found it best to put my soap batter in a zip lock baggie right away and flatten it.  Then let it saponify for 24-48 hours.
-I first tried putting in a container that was too tall & deep and my recipe gel'ed thus giving me soap that wasn't good for extruding (too hard and had 'chunks' of partially gelled soap).
