Body ButterDREAM

Body ButterDREAM- I decided to call it a butterDREAM partially as a word play on the fact I bake a ton and make a mean buttercream. The other reason is that this is seriously a DREAM! It’s not as heavy as a body butter, but it’s thicker than a lotion. It is silky smooth and leaves your skin feeling soft and hydrated! It goes on like a dream and soaks in beautifully, but is still moisturizing like crazy!!!

This will make your skin feel amazing!! Currently in 4 oz jars

Why did we use the ingredients we did?
Sunflower Oil: packed with vitamins A, C, D, E, and K, which can help protect your skin from damage caused by environmental factors like the sun and free radicals.  It also contains oleic acid and linoleic acid, which can help reduce inflammation and redness. The linoleic acid in sunflower oil makes it effective for protecting skin against bacteria and germs. It's a very skin absorbent oil that won't clog pores.
Cocoa Butter: Cocoa butter is highly used in the cosmetic industry for it's ability to hydrate and nourish the skin and improve elasticity. It contains substances called phytochemicals that may slightly improve blood flow to the skin and slow skin aging by protecting against damage from the sun’s harmful UV rays.
Rice Bran Oil:Rice Bran Oil is known for its ability to cleanse, soften, moisturize, soothe, nourish, and smooth the skin. It slows the look of aging and brightens the complexion. Rice Bran Oil improves circulation, evens out skin tone, and minimizes the appearance of dark circles and puffiness around the eye area. It increases skin’s natural regeneration, encourages moisture retention, and soothes irritation.
Aloe Juice: Aloe vera juice contains 98% water and humectants that attract water from the air and skin, making it especially good for dry skin. It can also help unclog pores and soften skin without leaving a greasy film. Aloe is also used to help the skin if redness or rashes are present, (as we know aloe gel is often used to soothe sunburns and rashes)
Glycerin and Propanediol: Glycerin is a humectant, which means it helps the skin retain moisture and can increase hydration. It can also help slow down water evaporation from the skin. Glycerin can act as an emollient, which can soften and condition the skin. Propanediol is a less sticky form of glycerin.
Allantoin: Allantoin can help prevent water from evaporating from the skin, which can help with dryness. It can also help increase skin collagen. 

Ingredients: Distilled water, sunflower oil, emulsifying wax, shea butter, cocoa butter, rice bran oil, glycerin, propanediol 1,3(glycerin), aloe juice,  cetyl alcohol (thickener), fragrance, allantoin, Germall (preservative)
