Shipping and Returns Policy
What can I expect for the shipping process once I place an order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of your purchase UNLESS it is a custom order.
I ship Monday through Friday in accordance with USPS and UPS holiday schedules. Shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather. We do not process or ship orders on major holidays. Once shipped, you can expect your products to arrive at your door within 3-5 business days.

I have a custom order-what can I expect for timeline?
Most custom orders (3D printed or sewn) you can expect to be shipped within 2 days. If it a custom soap order, I will contact you to discuss timelines. MOST custom soaps must cure 5 weeks after the date made and will be shipped accordingly.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time I am unable to offer international shipping. I hope in the future, my products will be able to traverse the globe!
Can you ship your baked goods?
Due to my license in my state and the state laws that govern me, I am unable to ship my baked products. I can meet up with you to deliver but in Minnesota, if you have a cottage foods license you cannot ship your products or sell them in a store I do not own/work at.
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of my products, I do not accept returns in most areas. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact me so I can make it right. I understand there may be instances where problems occur with your shipment. If you receive a damaged product or if an item is missing or incorrect in your order, please immediately contact me by email and I will be sure to address your concerns within 2 business days. You will need to provide your order information as well as description and image of the product in order for me to review your concern in a timely manner.
